Ground Floor

Living Room – Large with an abundance of natural light and lovely countryside views on three sides along with a French window opening onto the garden. Two sumptuous sofas and a leather chair are orientated around a stylish & cozy log burner and a 55” smart TV. In one corner is writing desk and chair.

TV Snug – Lounging four seater sofa faces a 37” smart TV and games console with selected games.

Dining Room – Long wooden dining table with ten moulded designer chairs and a serving table along one wall.

Kitchen – A modern and recently upgraded kitchen has everything you could need for preparing family feasts with a double electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, full length fridge freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a door straight to the garden.

Utility Room – Great storage and cleaning space with a washing machine, tumble-dryer and full height freezer.

Water Closet – With lavatory and hand basin.

Office – Tucked away for some peace and quiet is a dedicated work space with desk table, chair and additional storage.

Bedroom 5 – Double bed with two matching bedside tables and lamps.

Ensuite Shower-room – Walk-in power-shower, hand basin and lavatory.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 – Super-king sized bed with two matching bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 – Classic metal framed double bed with two matching bedside tables and lamps and a built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 – Super-king sized bed that can split into two full sized single beds with two matching bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 – Classic metal framed double bed with two matching bedside tables and lamps and a built in wardrobe.

Family Bathroom – Full sized bath with hand-held shower attachment, walk-in power-shower, hand basin and lavatory.

Outside

Driveway – Off the no-through farm lane (so no passing traffic) is a bricked driveaway that can easily accommodate more than five cars.

Garage – Freestanding next to the house with secure storage for bicycles, water sports equipment and other activity paraphernalia (also used to store equipment necessary for the maintenance of the house).

EV Charger – Located on the outside wall of the house, next to the garage

Garden – A large west facing lawn within classic wooden post and rail fencing gets drenching in sun all day long. Immediately outside the kitchen are two outdoor benched tables for alfresco dining.

Wild Meadow – Runs down towards Alton Water and at two acres is ideal for picnics and other more expansive activities. The grass can grow quite long and is intermittent cut back.
