The romance of Suffolk

The Suffolk countryside offers a spectacular backdrop for you to explore as a couple. Whether you enjoy catching up over long leisurely walks, or prefer to stay active on a cycling holiday, then you’ll love the calm and tranquil pace of life in this beautiful region. When it’s time to unwind, our guests enjoy exploring the local pubs and restaurants that offer a hearty meal; although, there are also modern kitchen facilities in our cottages if you prefer to self-cater. Our accommodation is based around the Stour Valley and Dedham Vale, recognised by art lovers as being Constable Country. Indeed, the renowned artist, John Constable lived and painted many of his famous works in the Stour Valley towards the end of the 18th century. We’re lucky that some of our own cottages feature in his paintings which gives our accommodation a truly timeless appeal.

For dog-friendly couples, some of our accommodation is suitable for your canine pal. Others are dog-free if you prefer this.

As our holiday cottages for 2 are so popular, they do get booked up quickly. If you have a special occasion in mind, then it’s best to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
