The Ground Floor

Master Bedroom –Super King-size bed, large hanging cupboard and split stable door opening straight onto the pond. Brick paving with foot warming underfloor heating.

Poets Corner –Nestled under the open staircase is a writing desk, chair and contemplative sofa.

Shower Room –Through a wide keystoned archway is a walk-in power show accessed from two sides behind a glass screen, lavatory and handbasin.

First Floor

Kitchen –‘Log cabin style’ with Professional Rangemaster, double butlers sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Central Staircase –Made of solid oak it is the prominent spine of the mill.

Sitting Area –Light, spacious and open plan with original wooden beams and a Juliet balcony overlooking the pond. On a raised platform is a large enveloping Ralph Loren sofa warmed by an impressive log burner with wonderful views and a discreetly hidden 32” Smart TV.

Outside

Seat at the top of the stairs to the ‘top door’ and a ground floor terrace with table and chairs immediately adjacent to two wildlife filled ponds and access to rolling countryside of a large country estate.
