Bathroom – Modern fittings including bath with shower, lavatory and hand basin.
First Floor
Garden Room – King-size bed with wonderful views over Higham Place and Dedham Vale
Constable Room – King-size bed with original window alcove.
Outside
Kitchen stable-door opens out onto patio, with table and chairs for four, and generous enclosed lawned garden with direct access to fifteen-acre park. Parking for two medium cars and access to further parking nearby if more space is required.

Provisions
On arrival you will be treated to a Welcome Basket containing free-range organic whole milk, fresh locally baked loaf and cake, jar of marmalade, slab of butter, choice of two cereals and a bottle of wine to wash it all down.
The kitchen is equipped with tea, coffee, sugar, dish soap & tablets, and hand soap. The real flame fire will have the pilot lit and a remote control so you can easily choose the size of fire you desire.
All bedlinen is 100% Egyptian cotton and pillows are feather & down (two per guest). All guests also get 100% cotton towels that are large, white and generously threaded and accompanied by White Company toiletries and plenty of loo paper.
There is an iron and board, hairdryer and ample clothes storage in drawers and on coat hangers. Highchair and travel cot are available (on request).
