Through glass pained doors in the kitchen and living room, the cottage opens onto a lovingly tended garden that leads to a beautiful riverside walk taking in reed filled Snape Marshes with mature oak woodland. With easy access to the coast, Aldeburgh, Woodbridge, cultural events and multiple nature reserves, Riverside Cottage is a fantastic base from which to explore the very best of Suffolk. Alternatively just kick back and relax in comfort soaking up the wonders on the doorstep.

Dining Area – Wooden dining table with four matching chairs.
Staircase – Fairly standard steepness for the type of cottage and complemented with well positioned rails and grab handles, though probably not best suited for those with limited mobility.

Alde Bedroom – Brass bedknobed King-sized bed, matching bedside tables and reading lamps, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, two small soft chairs and views over the Maltings and the River Alde.
Bathroom – Bath with electric shower, hand basin and lavatory.
Maltings Bedroom – King-sized bed, built in wardrobes and two chairs.
Outside
Garden – Three seating areas and a lovely Wisteria enveloped pergola with lawned areas either side and enclosed with mature trees to create a serene private idyll.
